The Washington Gulag

We have an opaque voting system,
Even in the best of days.
Then legislatures changed it
In many devious ways.
The day of certification
Was on the electoral map.
Those who came to share their feelings
Fell into a psy-war trap.

There's a big Gulag in DC
Where folks are put away
For converging on the Capitol
So they could have their say.
They thought the vote was stolen,
And who could call them wrong?
Trump got more votes than ever.
Was love for Joe so strong?

In key states Trump was leading.
That's when we went to bed.
Then came a night of changes,
And Joe came out ahead.
With counting by computers
And voting through the mail
And lots of ballot harvesting,
How could the system fail?

The FBI ensnared you,

But thanks to Biden's lawfare,
Your freedom would be lost.
