Covid Vaccine

To the tune of “Little Deuce Coup

My Covid vaccine;
I don’t know what I’ve got.

Well, I’m not persuaded that it’s something I need,
A shot concocted at unusual speed
To prevent an illness that I likely won’t get,
And if I do, it’s not a real big threat.
It’s my Covid vaccine;
I don’t know what I’ve got.

Don’t ask me to play when I can’t know the score,
With a jab that no one’s ever had before.
Nothing really hard to grasp about that;
I don’t want to be just another lab rat.

They can call me names when I refrain,
But I just figure that I’m using my brain:
The risks from taking their novel vaccine
Are greater than those from Covid-19.
It’s my Covid vaccine;
I don’t know what I’ve got.
It’s my Covid vaccine;
I don’t know what I’ve got.
It’s my Covid vaccine;
I don’t know what I’ve got.
It’s my Covid vaccine;
I don’t know what I’ve got.
It’s the Covid vaccine:
I’m not taking their shot.
